Three things we fix
before we touch a keyword

Technical baseline in 14 days

We crawl every URL and hand back a ranked fix list. The average site we audit hides 380 pages Google cannot index.

Keywords tied to your pipeline

We rank the terms your closed-won deals searched for. Usually 30 to 60 of them carry an entire program.

Three clients on what changed
and by how much

We had been told for two years that our traffic problem was a content problem. Ordnance found 3,400 URLs pointing at a staging subdomain in week one. Organic demo requests went from 31 a month to 118 in two quarters, and we published almost nothing new to get there.

Marisol Vega

VP Marketing, Halvorsen Instruments, Milwaukee

31 to 118 organic demo requests a month, in 6 months

The part I did not expect was the reporting. My board asks what marketing sourced, and before Ordnance I answered with sessions. Last quarter I answered with $612,000 in closed won and I could point at the nine pages that did it.

Devon Achebe

Head of Growth, Bellweather Payroll, Austin

We replatformed in March, which is the month every agency I have worked with quietly loses your traffic and then explains it. Ordnance ran the redirect map and we finished the migration down 3 percent. Six weeks later we were up 9.

Six questions we get
before every contract

What does a program cost, and what am I committing to?

Programs start at $6,500 a month on a six month initial term, then run month to month with 30 days notice. The Ordnance Baseline audit is $4,000 and stands on its own. If you stop after the audit you keep the crawl data, the fix list and the keyword map, and you are free to hand all of it to another agency.

How long before I see results, honestly?

Median time to a first page-one commercial term is 74 days across our last 40 clients. Revenue attribution usually lags that by another quarter. If you need pipeline inside 60 days, buy ads for that quarter and let organic build behind them. We will say so on the call rather than take the contract.

What happens if the program does not work?

We agree three numbers at kickoff and review them together at month four. If two of the three are missed you can end the contract that month, and you owe nothing beyond the month you are in. It has happened twice since 2017 and both clients got the review call before they had to ask for it.

Who actually does the work?

The three people on this page, plus a writer we assign from your category. Nothing is offshored or subcontracted. Every brief, audit and dashboard carries the name of the person who built it, so you always know who to ask.

Do I keep access to the data and the content?

All of it lives in accounts you own. We work inside your Search Console, your analytics and your CMS, and every brief, draft and dashboard belongs to you from the day it is made. Offboarding takes one permissions change on your side.

Will a replatform or redesign undo the work?

Redirect mapping and post-launch monitoring are covered by the retainer you already pay. Across 19 migrations since 2019 the worst traffic dip we recorded was 4 percent, and it recovered inside 6 weeks.
